#OOTD | Rock the Dots!
Happy National Polka Dot Day everyone! We put together a couple #OOTD ideas for you to dress up or down on this fun day, ENJOY!
There are so many different way to #rockthedots so we put together three looks for you to choose from! This first one is a transitional OOTD from a cooler climate to a summer climate; simply remove jacket!
The polka dot jumpsuit is an extremely comfortable and breathable fabric but doesn't have a lot of stretch, so keep that in mind when choosing size! Remember also how I said I have a heck of a time trying to find a jumpsuit that is long enough for tall me? Well; this is one of those. I could really do with 1" more on the bottom but it was still adorable! Phillip said it looks just fine; but I'm picky, hahaha! (reminder also, I am 5'10") Who knows, I might cut off the legs and turn it into a capri romper for summer?!
The blush moto jacket I have had for a couple years and I found it at Ross of all places! It is a great piece to have in your wardrobe for those days (or nights) when its just a little chilly but you don't want to wear a sweatshirt or bulky jacket.
This Minnie bag is one of my all time fave bags to carry. Not only is it adorable, but I can fit 1 billion things in it. I cannot oversell this bag enough!
Ears: Aloha Ears Design, "Dots on Dots with Custom Bow
Jacket: Ross but I linked a similar one here on Amazon and its only $35!
Jumpsuit: Forever 21 but it looks like they don't sell it anymore but here is one I found on Amazon that looks like a great length too!
Pink Minnie Purse: Loungefly on Amazon Prime!
Sunnies: @thisdflove
The second look we put together was more of a vintage 60's vibe and I was HERE FOR IT! It's really just a simple shift collar dress with some collar clips; what can be easier than that?!
I did pair some sweater tights with it and a letterman Mouseketeer Jacket with it because in the early morning and night it was COLD in the parks. Well; it was cold for Florida, let's put it that way.
Collared Dress: Originally Forever 21 but it looks like they stopped selling it; however, Amazon comes in clutch again!
Collar Clips: Femme De Bloom
The third and final look is one for those days where you just want to put on a pair of jeans and a really soft sweater. It's comfortable...but make it FASHION! This sweater has some really fun sleeves that I will fully admit I wasn't so sure about originally but they've totally grown on me! It's a different look fthan what I would normally go for but that's what 2019 is about for me; pushing myself out of my normal fashion comfort zones but staying true to my style. Life is too short to wear boring clothes!
This sweater is the softest sweater I own by far; it's also nice and warm for those cooler days in the parks (hello January and February FL) With the beige/blush polka dots on the gray it adds a nice Minnie vibe without being over the top Disney.
